Dozens of fashionistas celebrated the grand opening of DKNY at West Edmonton Mall October 16th. The event was hosted by local fashion celebs Caroline Gault (Alberta Editor, Fashion magazine) and Janis Galloway (Fashion stylist, dressmedearly.com).

The grand opening showcased the fantastic fall fashions now in store. Models (right) elegantly demonstrated the ease and style of this season’s collection. Models were styled by Janis Galloway.

Guests were treated to a special invitation-only discount for the evening, while sipping wine and enjoying appetizers.

I spoke with Vince Chung, DKNY’s managing director for western Canada, who told me that DKNY’s party attire will be arriving in store in the next few weeks – just in time for charity and Christmas galas.
